Paapii's multicoloured organic cotton fabric, which consists of shades of blue, pink, and purple. The pattern was designed for Paapii by Anniina Isokangas. The pattern, created with alcohol inks, is surprising, as the technique makes the result random.
The pattern has been printed on the fabric surface using large-scale printers. Digital printing technology allows for precise transfer of intricate details onto the fabric without the limitations of traditional printing plates or screens. The fabric surface has a photographic sharpness and can faithfully reproduce watercolor paintings or other artworks in a vibrant manner.
You can cut this fabric in two directions. This way, you save fabric, and there is less waste when cutting.
Crafted from 100% organic cotton, Paapii's percale cotton offers a crisp feel. Woven from thin yarn with increased density, it's highly resilient to wear and tear.
The crisp percale, crafted from 100% cotton, is breathable and exceptionally moisture-wicking—a natural material. It doesn't adhere to the skin; instead, it allows air to circulate between the fabric and the skin, providing the distinctive cool sensation of percale.
Percale cotton, with a width of 140 cm, is well-suited for interior design applications as well as fashion projects. This fabric can be used to produce a variety of items, including dresses, shirts, cushion covers, curtains, and tablecloths.
Great tip! In Paapii's Pattern Book for Women, you'll find a pattern and instructions on how to sew the Aino dress in cotton.
