Paapii's green coloured interlock fabric in a shade called fen.
Interlock fabric is created by knitting two pieces of fabric together. Paapii's interlock fabric is made of cotton. This interlocking method makes the fabric reversible, with a smooth finish on both sides. As a double-knit fabric, it is thicker and more absorbent than typical knit fabrics. The fabric is produced with two interlocking rows of stitches, giving it a durable yet soft and smooth texture.
Paapii's interlock fabric is dyed all the way through. The both sides of the knit are the same colour. Dye-through knits are durable, and the fabric's surface remains beautiful and neat, as different coloured fibers do not emerge.
Made of 100% organic cotton, Paapii's interlock fabrics are manufactured in Europe for Paapii, in a factory certified by GOTS and Öko-Tex. The GOTS certification ensures that the fabric is organic and ethically produced from start to finish. Öko-Tex certification assures that the fabric is safe for sensitive skin.
Interlock fabrics are the same on both sides, which makes sewing easier. The reversible feature means you can start sewing on either side and still get the same quality.
You can use interlock fabrics in clothes, like t-shirts, dresses, baby’s wear or sportswear. But you can also use interlock textiles for your DIY projects. The thick yet soft and breathable interlock fabric is great for making scarves, beanies and mittens.
