Virkko is an ornate graphic pattern. The sketch was originally hand-drawn in ink. The lace-like shapes depict crocheted handicrafts, adding a nostalgic touch to the pattern.Like a soft mossy blanket on an ancient shore's stones, in the devil's field. Thoughts of the relentless sea breeze dotting the rocks on the shore. Winding like a flower meadow or a crocheted patchwork quilt made from remnants in a yarn box. Something very familiar, yet entirely new.
