Seasons

Designer: Anniina Isokangas (2020) 

The "Seasons" pattern depicts trees and their magnificent, changing color palette throughout the year. The trees wear different outfits for each season, and in Finland, we are fortunate to experience the seasonal variations of a living nature. The organic shapes and various color schemes of the pattern evoke the spring sun, summer rain, autumn wind, and winter frost. The pattern is hand-drawn in ink.

The "Seasons" pattern was created for collaboration with World Vision Finland, through which PaaPii raised funds for the organization's Farmer-Managed Natural Regeneration (FMNR) work, helping children in areas where the impacts of climate change are a daily reality.
