What would be a more multipurpose accessory for different seasons than a stylish beanie? We’d like to share these easy sewing instructions and a pattern to sew a beanie. Choose your own favourite fabrics from PaaPii’s colourful striped and onecoloured ribbings or you can even choose merino wool. It's time to sew the most wonderful beanies of the season!

Materials: size S: 55 cm / M: 60 cm / L 65 cm
Download the pattern by clicking here. Print all 3 A4 pattern sheets. Tape together the sheets, edge to edge. Note, that the pattern does not include seam allowance.
Sewing instructions:
1. Fold the beanie piece in two width-wise, face to face. Sew the pattern’s centre front (CF) seam using an overlocker. Top and bottom.
2. Sew the outer edge of the beanie. Fold the beanie piece so that the front darts are set against one another. Fold the seam allowance to overlap. Sew the upper edge of the beanie.
3. Turn the beanie so that the face side is outwards. Close the gap used for turning using an overlocker.
4. Set the beanie in its two-layered shape by pushing the closed gap used for turning inside the beanie. Fold a turn-up at the bottom edge of the beanie.
