Paapii's white and light pink cotton fabric with a Kalevala inspired motif. The intriguing content of Kalevala inspired Anniina Isokangas, who has designed the pattern, to draw bears and wolves guarding the gate of the North.

Through ancient forests, where shadows entwine,
Where the moon casts a glow on the frost-laden pine,
The gates remain hidden, a riddle in ice,
Watched over by guardians, steadfast and wise.
Here we have a material that is suitable for both clothing and interior design items. Thanks to the satin weave, this 100% cotton gets a beautiful sheen.
The motif on the fabric is printed using the traditional rotary printing technique. Each colour is applied alternately to the fabric surface using rotating printing cylinders. The colours penetrate deep into the fabric fibers, enhancing colour durability during washing and use.
The cotton satin from Paapii is made of 100% organic cotton and is non-elastic.
You can sew comfortable sheets or a beautiful dress in Paapii's cotton satin.The fabric is 160cm in width.
